What is Telegram?
Telegram is a cloud messaging app for conversations, file sharing, groups and channels.
Can I use several devices?
Yes. Sign in to the same account on phones, tablets and computers to access cloud chats. Secret Chats stay on their original devices.
Are all chats end-to-end encrypted?
No. Cloud chats use client-server encryption. Secret Chats use end-to-end encryption and do not sync through the cloud.
Where can I get the apps?

How do groups and channels differ?
Groups are designed for discussions between members. Channels let publishers broadcast updates to subscribers.
